Awesome Film! ^_^

This film is just going off now as I type these letters as the credits roll. =) Indeed, I am so happy that Jet Li didn’t give up Martial Arts acting as he declared back in 2007 during Fearless’ production! ^_^ I was just speaking to my elder bro about this today! ^_^ (ß The whole Jet Li not really quitting thing—first War <Rogue Assassin>, then The Mummy: The Dragon Emperor, and now The Forbidden Kingdom! Hah! =D It’s part of him, and I can truly understand. ^~*).

As for the film, there were several ‘moments of awe’ that seriously had me gasp-aloud amazed at the timing and wit! ^^ There certainly is nothing like a Chinese Film! =) Contrary to popular belief—I am really not a HUGE ‘film buff.’ During ‘Heavy [Mind] Flow’ periods like this where I continue to crave inspiration—I’ll kinda ‘Film Cram’ but truly—I enjoyed this film just as I would a good book or masturbation session! XDD

Seriously though—this film… glad my younger brother indirectly recommended it to me! =) A quote lead me to look up Tao Tzu and the timeless tale of ‘Reincarnation’ [and SUPER-AWESOMe-Extended-Over-Dramatic-Punch-Kick-Fist-Fight Scenes! =D] aided the guidance of this film’s excellently conveyed story. =) Glad also to see this one doubled its income at the Box Office as well (according to Wikipedia’s sources at least. ^_^)

Had it not been for my bro’s recommendation [letting me know what film he was watching] I would have not heard of this one. Kudos Z! ^_^ The fact that ‘The Silent Monk’ was actually a ‘strand of the Monkey King’s Hair’ and spent the film ‘searching for himself’ was just… yeah. To say the least… I felt A LOT like (could relate to most) “The Monkey King” and “The Silent Monk.”

The ‘Drunken Master’ (Lu Yang) being the video rental storekeeper was also a cool twist. And the ‘reincarnation’ of ‘the past love’ [which I certainly felt respect-worthy since it remained ‘passionately platonic’ instead of a ‘rushed-romance’ which I initially was anticipating to ‘corn’ the awesome film—but didn’t! =D Touché Tiger! =)

10 Points For Hollywood! ^_^
FOURTY [20 point each! ^^] for John Fusco and Wu Cheng’en! ^^)

To say the least… THIS FILM ROCKS! (And has many awesome ‘soul-touching’ bits [more like CHUNKS]
of ‘Silver-lining-wisdom!’ ^^] Indeed, a great lesson that is fun and exciting to boot! ^_^

Recommended! =)
